Thread Checker installation failed ?

Hi, i have post the same question on premier support site, but if you have an idea i a download the beta 2.0 of checker and profiler addin...profiler installation is ok, but checker failed to install and now installation detect a previous installation and try to modifify or repair it but it fail.

i have 4 ou 5 MSIEXEC.exe in the ltask list and the rolling back step is stall.

anyone have a solution to clean my register base or end correctly the installation procedure....
