Hello,

It might be of interest to the users of this group that the "Intel Xeon Processor 7500 Series Uncore Programming Guide" is available on the Intel site. It contains a ton of information on what can be monitored in the data flow between last level cache, memory controller, and QPI links. Even if you are not programming the uncore performance counters yourself, this is an interesting read.
