Update Retimer capsule fail in OS

We check the dubug log then find error message below:

1."WaitForMsgOutTxDone: IECS transaction was timeouted",

2."TBT_STATUS_RETRY WaitForMsgOutTxDone::failed:",

3."InitRetimerHW: The Retimer could not perform LSUP, Status 1"

Is there anyone able to provide suggestions or additional debugging directions for the above error message?
