VTune uses IA32 code - even on IA64.

This might not be a problem for other OS's, but on Windows, WOW slows things down.
I find that when trying to analyze IA64 code with VTune that VTune brings in WOW64. Is there any chance VTune could come in an all IA64 version?

You are correct. Currently VTune's user mode code is IA32 code. However the driver is native Itanium. So during data collection the overhead of WoW should not be an issue.
