Vtune windows, evaluation mode, installation, can't find proxy

Hello I'm trying to install VTunes on Windows, in evaluation mode. I've got the serial number, and inserted it during the install, but in the next step it tell me that it can't connect to internet and I have to enter my proxy setup. I use a proxy and I've entered the good info, but it don't accept it. There is a solution. Can I have a license file if it don't work ?

to get the corresponding license file.
