I'm trying to install VTune in a disconnected environment (so no internet access) on a Windows Server 2012 machine and keep getting a "Package signature verification failed. Click help for details" error message.
We have seen this error message before and had previously resolved it by installing the 'AddTrust External CA Root' certificate and the 'QuoVadis Root Certification Authority' certificate. I can see that the certificates in question are installed to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities on the local computer, but the installer doesn't seem to be picking up that they're there. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the software to install?
Thanks

Hi Alicia,
Can you please check if the Certificate Propagation service is running?
Start->search for "services.msc"->find service called "Certificate Propagation"->check the service.
Thanks,
Shailen.
