can not run analysis

I just purchased VTune 2013. I have an i7-4770 on Windows 7 x64. When I run VTune if I try to do an analysis from Knights Corner I get a dialog

amplxe-runss.exe

The program can't start because uSCIF.dll is missing.

Is it just not supported or what

All analysis types under "Knights Corner Platform Analysis" doesn't work - if you have no Intel? Xeon? Phi(TM) coprocessor installed.
