vTune "Memory consumption" option stuck at finalizing results

Hello,

 

I am trying to get analysis with vTune's Memory consumption option, but I never get actually results because Finalizing results stage is at 25% and it is not moving. I waited for a day and in the end, I just got an error without any info. I tried importing the trace but same situation.

 

I am using the vTune that comes as part of the oneAPI 2023.0.0 version.
