End of Servicing Update for Skylake Products

Hi everyone,

We would like to remind all customers that Intel will no longer be providing functional and security updates (Servicing) after September 2022 for the following products code named Skylake:

  • 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i3, i5, i7, and m Processors (CPUID: 406E3)
  • Intel® Celeron® Processor 3000 Series (CPUID: 406E3)
  • Intel® Pentium® Processor 4000 Series (CPUID: 406E3)
  • Intel® Celeron® Processor G Series (CPUID: 506E3)
  • Intel® Pentium® Processor G Series (CPUID: 506E3)
  • Intel® Xeon® Processor E3 v5 Family (CPUID: 506E3)

Additional details on End of Servicing Updates (ESU) can be found in Intel Article 22396. Please note that this ESU does not apply to Skylake server products (1st Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors).
