What’s New: Starting on August 25th, Intel Gamer Days 2025 is bringing 14 days of amazing deals to gamers around the globe – featuring a new Battlefield 6 bundle with qualifying Intel Core and Core Ultra purchases.

I have the Battlefield 6 master key, but when I enter it on the website "softwareoffer.intel, the game won't be delivered.
Today is October 6th, and the delivery date is scheduled for the 3rd.

I bought an Intel processor (Ultra 7 265k) on Amazon during the Intel Gamer days and Amazon didn't give me the code to claim the game. I have already written to Amazon support several times and they tell me that they are not responsible for giving the codes. I contacted Intel, but Intel says that Amazon is responsible and as a seller of providing the codes to claim the game, I don't know what to do.
