I'm subscribed to Intel Gaming Access using one email address, but I use a different email for the Epic Games Store. Therefore, when I received an email inviting me to join the Alpha for "The Cycle", I got as far as logging into the Epic Games Store launcher and attempting to use my code to add the game to my library. The game was not added to my library, seemingly because of the difference in email address. What should I do to gain access to the download using my access code?
