Hi Intel Game Development family!
We're here to support you! And for this, we need you to include the following details, so we can keep on providing the -FLAWLESS- support we're known for
Requirements:
- Homebrew code package or a fast way to isolate the issue you're seeing with code. This helps us reproduce development issues faster without having access to the whole projects. Place them in GitHub, Drive or any cloud service. We'll notify you after we've downloaded it.
Note: If you need an NDA, your case cannot be handled in this forum. If the issue you are seeing can be exported by creating a small project, make sure to share it with us! - Please include your SSU in your post and make sure to test with the latest driver version that's available for your machine
- If possible, include a README with instructions and dependencies. That way we will avoid asking redundant questions
- Include the IMPACT of the issue you're seeing. We need to communicate our development team how many users are affected, etc.
- Make sure to include a meaningful TITLE that might guide other users in case they're seeing the same behavior. Describe the issue in a couple words, include the error code/API and the product you're seeing it in.
- If you can't share information about the project publicly, let us know so we can share our corporate email to keep communication. Again, we don't handle NDA cases. If your application has been released already and you can share a way for us to access it, with a key or by downloading a package, let us know so we can have comms via email.
Please be aware of the following article, especially if you're developing on vintage machines and to identify our support scope.
Don't forget to be part of our Discord Community: https://discord.gg/intel
PS. If you are an end user and have an issue with a game, please visit our other gaming forums and make your post there. The scope of this forum limits to issues pertinent to GAME/APP/SOFTWARE development only. Otherwise your post will be transferred or deleted.
PS 2: If you post non-related comments on posts or they are identified as irrelevant/spam, your comments will also be deleted.
Thank you!
Karen
