We do not have driver support for Vulkan with HD 4400 at this time. Our current Vulkan for Windows support is for 6th Generation and newer products and is still in Beta.

Or 4400 is not supported by hardware?
Sorry didn't see the question pop up. Unfortunately I can't say, those plans are still being discussed internally. When we know I want to make a blog or other announcement on this site so game developers will know.
