Intel® Texture Works Plugin is not appearing...

Hi there.
I'm trying to make this plugin to work in Photoshop CC 19. I've got it from here and I followed all the proper steps:

I'm opening a dds texture (for Skyrim SE) and I'm trying to re-save it as BC7 (the new format). To do so, I need to select "Save As" and then in the popup to select the "Intel DDS"... Well, there isn't any such option in the drop-down menu, check it out:

There is nothing "Intel" to select, so to proceed to THIS dialogue:

Can you help me to solve this, please?
