Performance issues Arc B80

Hi everyone, I want to share my story with Arc B580 card. Before I bought this card I was using AMD 5600x card and was doing just fine but once I got myself a 1440p monitor I had some fps issues in games like Overwatch, it wasn't bad, around 100 fps-ish but since my monitor had 180hz I wanted to have it all and decided to upgrade it. On the moment I had:

B550M-HVS SE ASRock motherboard

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU

G.Skill Aegis DDR4 3200 2x16 RAM

Gigabyte P650SS 650W power supply

Once I got myself nice and new Sparkle Intel Arc B580 Titan I was exited to use it. I immediately swapped cards and I really forgot that I had to DDU uninstall previous drivers which lead to some issues in future. FPS were terrible and I went straight to Google, that's where I fount out about Resizable Bar and PCIe 4.0. I turned these things in UEFI and it were somehow better but still way worse than my 5600x I used before. I was unsatisfied with results and issues mentioned before were that serious that I couldn't use PC and I decided to wipe all my SSD and install fresh and clean Windows 11. Even then I couldn't use PC without random BSOD. The way I fix them was delete through DDU all drivers and do not let them be reinstall on next reboot. Install chipset drivers and only then install Intel whql Driver, with these steps I got myself stable system I use till today. My first thought was that maybe it's my CPU was bottlenecking my GPU and I decided to upgrade and got myself Ryzen 7 5700x which really increased performance overall but it still way worse then were before. I mean I can kinda play but I have like 30% fps decrease and random freeze through the game session. What can I do? Or what should I upgrade maybe my PS for 650w isn't enough. For now it feels as downgrade and I really have no clue with what to do other than sell GPU and buy AMD/Nvidia ones, I really don't want to do that and maybe just maybe I'm being stupid and somehow missed something really important what making my system struggle or something. 

On the moment I have 32.0.101.8991 Intel driver and latest BIOS, Win 11 Pro 26200
