VK_KHR_FRAGMENT_SHADER_BARYCENTRIC extension missing from Intel Arc drivers

Hi,

I'm working on a ray tracing game that requires the VK_KHR_FRAGMENT_SHADER_BARYCENTRIC extension. It works fine on NVidia and AMD GPUs but the extension is showing as not available on my Intel Arc test PC. Are there plans to add support for this extension and/or release drivers supporting Vulkan 1.4 across all Intel Arc hardware?

What is the model of your Arc Graphics?

It is an ultra 5 125h

What is the title of the game that you are testing?

It is an Indie game that I am developing in Vulkan and is not yet released.

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried?

The latest drivers are installed, dated 19/08/25. As well as my code reporting the extension is not available I have run "VulkanInfo" at the command prompt and that is reporting the extension is not available too. This is most likely because the current drivers do not support Vulkan 1.4.

Vulkan 1.4 appears to be supported by the other graphics card vendors. I would like information as to if/when 1.4 will be supported across all Intel Arc hardware, i.e. A series, B series and other processors with integrated Arc graphics.
