Hi,
I'm currently unable to download the ESQ tool (Intel ESQ for Intel AI Edge Systems and Intel ESQ for Metro AI Suite) from your website. Each attempt results in the error message:
"Please try again later!!"
I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Cleared browser cookies
Disabled ad blockers and tracking protection
Tested on multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge)
Attempted downloads on three separate machines (Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10, and Ubuntu 24.04)
Could you please advise on how to proceed, or let me know if there's an alternative download method?

However, I’m currently unable to download the following:
Intel® ESQ for Intel® AI Edge Systems
Intel® ESQ for Metro AI Suite

I'm glad you are able to download the software package using your peer's account. To help troubleshoot the issue that is specific to your account, could you please provide the logs under the network tab in the browser developer tools?
Open the Developer Tools in your Browser
Navigate to the Network Tab
Browse to the package download page (https://edgesoftwarecatalog.intel.com/package/esq-for-ai-edge-system)
Start capturing
Click on Download
Save/Download the network logs in HAR format
