This ECI guide/sample is specific for ECI Xenomai and EtherCAT use case: Intel® Edge Controls forIndustrial (Intel® ECI) - Motion Control on Xenomai EtherCAT*
It seems that your Xenomai has been correctly validated:
Linux eci-intel-24f9 5.15.129-intel-ese-standard-lts-dovetail+
Perhaps you need to check and validate your EtherCAT installation and its setup.
You may refer to the guide I mentioned above for this purpose.
