Advised by Intel Customer Support Technician to post this here to get BSDL file?

It's beyond my understanding at this point why Technician can't just give it to me when I

already have a pending case?

Uploaded in Community as directive by Intel personell.

The article we shared is intended to help you find BSDL file information. I’ve also included the link to the Intel Community; please submit your query there, and the Intel Community team will assist you further.

Has BSDL been uploaded?

Hello, @BXion2:

Thanks for your clarification.

However, based on your communication, we want to address the following questions:

Could you please let us know if you reviewed the document mentioned in our last communication?

What is the information of the Intel person who suggested opening the case mentioned in your last communication?

Where do you acquire the Intel(R) DH82029PCH devices related to your requests?

We are waiting for your answer to these questions.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL

Yes, Intel tech was able to clarify the "I already have datasheet" however I also request the BSDL file.

I wasn't sure if I can share the Intel tech here in the "Post" so I omitted it. Can you provide or point me to obtain

the BSDL file for this part because it's delaying my process...Thanks in advance. Or provide me the file to save me down time.

How many years does Intel archive their doc or files?

Please educate me on how to proceed in looking up BSDL for future use so I don't have to bug

the community. Most industry is cutting back on personell, Carlos , are you the only one holding the fort?

Would you email me of the BSDL file or I have to come back here to retrieve it?

Hello, @BXion2:

Thanks for your reply.

The first question of your previous message should be addressed by filling out the form stated on the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html

On the other hand, you should find the BSDL available models by researching them using the search bar named Search Developer Resources located in the upper section of the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/resources-documentation/developer.html

In case you have doubts about the previous website, you may find its manual at the following website:

https://edc.intel.com/content/www/us/en/resources-documentation/rdc-user-guide/

It would help if you consider that some information should be accessible when you have an Intel Developer Zone Premier account. Due to this,  you need to update it, you must use your business email address to avoid any inconvenience. The free email provider's address (such as the one provided by Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or others) is not the proper one for this process. This information and more details can be found on the following website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058073/programs/resource-and-documentation-center.html

Finally, the only available information related to the discontinued part number associated with this forum can be found on the website stated in our previous communication.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
