DPDK20.11.9 runs failed on intel atom cpu

DPDK ver: 20.11.9

cpu type:   Intel(R) atom  Celeron(R) CPU J1900 @ 1.99GHz

log error：

received signal SIGILL, Illegal instruction.

Is there some incorrect macro when compiling dpdk 19.11.6 ? 

Or should i return to the lower version of dpdk?
