How can I get i210 iNVM/Flash sample image file?

Hi,

I am working on an ARM based custom CPU board that uses an i210.

For now, the device returns 0x1531 as Device ID because the iNVM and/or the external FLASH is blank.

So I need to get the sample configuration data to be programmed into the iNVM/FLASH.

However, I cannot access the 513655 images archive mentioned in the "ethernet-controller-i210-i211-faq".

How can I get to such information?

You are right,  513655 is an internal RDC document, so to get access to this you need to have a Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account to have access to the information that may help you.

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update process by filling out the form stated on the following website:

You should use a business email address to evade any inconvenience. Please avoid the free email provider's address (such as the provided by Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or others).
