Hi:
Our platform base on ARM,integrated the i210 on the board, now we use Eepromaccesstool flash the iNVM,use below command:
EepromAccessTool -NIC=1 -f=I210_Invm_Copper_NoAPM_v0.6.HEX
but will report below error
[ 3.544557] igb 0000:01:00.0: Invalid MAC Address
[ 3.554800] igb: probe of 0000:01:00.0 failed with error -5
could you help check this

We have RDC account and checked EEUpdate and LanConf tools, its for X86 platform tool, we use Qualcomm platform + linux OS, have to use Eepromaccesstool flash the iNVM, please help check it again, thanks

Has got your email, but its for external spi flash,we need flash iNVM , we have got the EEPROMAccesstool,
want to know, what kinds of file need to flash in .HEX or .TXT? how can I change the MAC address?

hi CarlosAM_INTEL:
we use i210 AT on android 11 Qualcomm 845 platfrom, kernel verion 4.9 , use EepromAccessTool -NIC=1 -f=I210_Invm_Copper_NoAPM_v0.6.HEX to flash firmware, then get device id 0x157b. but when driver probe can not get right mac address, the all mac address is zero. The firmware && codes are all uploaded, please help to check why this issue occurred? If possible, I can upload the codes.
