I210 test 100BASE-TX find failed item on "UTP Vout Differential Output Voltage"

Hi,

We use Springville I210 ethernet controller, test Ethernet 100BASE-TX find failed item on "UTP +Vout Differential Output Voltage"

Did anyone have any suggestion to tune it or to solve it?

Fail item:

950mV to 1050mV

In order to better understand this situation, could you please let us know all the procedure that you have followed to determine this problem? Please include the name of the tools that you are using and information of their manufacturers.

Could you please tell us how many devices are affected, how many designs have been manufactured, and their failure rate?

Could you please inform us where are stated the guidelines that you have followed to implement the affected design and it it has been reviewed by Intel?

Please give us the information that you should answer these questions.

Hi,

Test information please refer to attach report.

We test 5 pcs sample failed 3 pcs, fail rate is 60%.

Design Guide is follow Intel Ethernet Controller I210 Datasheet/Revision Number: 2.8.

We don't confirm whether reviewed or not, please help to review attach schematic & layout.

Could we adjust the swing level?
