I225V network card problem

we have developed a custom board using the i225-IT Ethernet controller.

We encountered the following problems:
1. In the process of using I225V, only 500M network bandwidth is accepted;
2. Receive and send simultaneously, with network bandwidth of 800M;
3. When sending only, it is 1000M;

使用的KIT-I225-IT，也使用过KIT-I225-V，这两个BGA是一样的。都存在接收带宽500M现象。
