Hi,

We have connected two D410 camera sensor with Raspberry Pi 4 model B for video capture. we are using 0.5m USB cable (Type A to Type C) for first camera and 5m USB cable (Type A to Type C) for second camera.  Initially devices are working properly for day or two. Later camera module is abruptly disconnected on its own.

If we replug the power then device will work properly. same disconnection issue will arise after few hours /days of operation.

I am looking for support to address USB disconnection issue

Regards

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Hello, @Gururaja:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

You should address your RealSense consultations as a reference through the channels mentioned on the following website:

 https://support.intelrealsense.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

On the other hand, you need to address your consultation of the mentioned third-party device, as a reference as well, using the channels listed on the following website:

https://forums.raspberrypi.com/

Best Regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
