Polarity inversion on PCIe REFCLK for I210

To improve PCB layout, do the PECLK p and n pins of the I210-IT (WGI210IT S LJXT) support polarity inversion?  The PCIe specification outlines polarity inversion for the serial data input and output differential pairs but I'm not aware if polarity inversion also applies to the REFCLK inputs.  Please advise.
