We have installed MPN NH82580DBSLH5U on a circuit board and the part has been through one reflow cycle. We need to reuse parts from previous boards so we are trying to determine what the maximum recommended reflow cycles is on this part. Can anyone help?

Hi NicoleRobertsDICA,
It looks like your inquiry is related to the solder reflow cycle for the Intel® 82580DB Gigabit Ethernet Controller. We might have a forum for those specific issues and we are moving it to Embedded Connectivity so it can get answered more quickly.
Best regards,

Hello @NicoleRobertsDICA,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
The part MPN NH82580DBSLH5U is discontinued and no longer actively supported.
But generally, the recommended is 3 maximum reflow cycles.
Best regards,
