I am currently in need of a Letter of Volatility for the Altera USB Blaster II. If such a document is available, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide  a copy.

For the Altera USB Blaster II, the Letter of Volatility is usually provided directly by Intel/Altera support and not always available publicly.

I would recommend opening a support ticket with Intel and requesting the document, as they typically share it upon request.
