Hello, Intel support personnel. I am currently using the I226-V network card chip on an Nvidia Orin NANO arm64 platform. Everything is working fine, but I need to be able to modify the MAC address of the network card. However, I have searched through the information on your website and found that it is all for x86 platforms. Could you please advise me on how to modify the MAC address of the I226 on an arm64 platform?

Hello @DerekTang,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

For ARM devices you may use the EEPROM Access Tool [EAT] from the document #572162 in RDC.

You will need a Premier account in order to get access to this document.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058073/programs/resource-and-documentation-center.html

Also, consider that once the MAC address is changed from the default value, you won't be able to change the MAC address again.

Best regards,
