eepromarmtool download

I am looking for the eepromarmtool or Quarzville tools. All Links posted in previous threads seem to be broken, leading to 'Error: Page Not Found'. The RDC search did not yield results either. Access to RDC downloads should be active.

I need access to the updated tools because I am trying to program a I210 MAC address on a custom ARM based hardware design.
