intel i215is do not work with SGMII SFP

Good day everyone

Now i try to test SGMII SFP module with i210is chip 

1.Use flash w25q64jv, flash by file Dev_Start_I210_Sgmii_NOMNG_16Mb_A2_3.25_0.03.bin. do not work

2.Try to change registers in invm file 0x0d  0x1538 and 0x24 0x06A0.do not work

I see status scope link but the ping is unsuccessful

need help !!!!

Just to clarify, are you designing/customizing your Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-IS when you encountered this issue?

Good day
we are developers and produce network cards with 4x and 8x ports, at the moment there is an order for modules with i210is and external SFP phy such as SFP-FX-MM-SGMII. I can't get it started.
The link appears but the packets do not pass

p.s. the usual 1gb or sfp works normaly, the problem only with sfp SGMII
