Hello @QST,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
What ethernet controller are you using? Is it a blank device?
Best regards,

Hello @Diego_INTEL ,
Thank you for your reply. My idea was to modify the i219-lm (8086-157b) to i217-lm (8086-153a). I used eeupdate to change the 0d bit in its EEPROM. After the modification, error code c86a200d occurred, and now I have restored it to its original state.Could you please advise on how I should proceed to realize the idea of modifying the i219-lm (8086-157b) to i217-lm (8086-153a)?
Best regards,

Hello @QST,
No, my apologies, you can only use the images for the i219 available, as I know, there are some images that are compatible for different SKUs for the same controller but I have not seen anything like to change the image to show a different controller name.
Best regards,
