E3930 Memory DDR3L Bios/FSP issue

Hi intel,

Our board is stuck at CP 0xA4 in BIOS/FSP, we are using Alliance Memory 4Gb AS4C512M8D3LC DDR3L-1600 800MHZ, More details below log,
Kindly let us know how to resolve. For reference attaching the Processor Boot Log.
