EG20T UART Driver Configuration/ CrownBay/ Linux

I'm trying to configure the UART Port 0 on the EG20T to run RS485 at 4Mbps. I was wondering if there is any guidance like for changing the driver settings in Linux. Basically I need a Linux version of the document, http://download.intel.com/embedded/chipsets/324261.pdf Intel® Platform Controller Hub EG20T UART Controller Driver for Windows Programmers Guide (324261-002).
