Fast boot loader solution for Atom N30xx and QNX 6.6?

Hi,

I am currently working on an embedded project based on an Atom N3060 and QNX and I am looking for an alternative to the BIOS that can boot up the system in less than a second. After looking around for a bit it doesn't to be a lot of straightforward solutions.. So I'm looking for advice in the field..
