IBIS and IBIS-AMI model for Intel Atom x6425E

We are using Atom x6425E devices in our design. Can anyone please let me know where can I get the IBIS model and IBIS-AMI models ?

You need to have a Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account to have access to the requested information.
