Intel Atom - Apollo Lake - Load and Debug

Hi, I  did a cross-compilation for an Intel Atom processor Apollo Lake version, but now I want to know which hardware and software I need to load it to a target device (Atom processor). 
Same question for debugging (hardware/software).

Does anyone know the answer?
