Intel Atom Baytrail Coreboot Stuck "CPU Index 0 - APIC 0 Unexpected Exception"

Hello,

We are using Intel Atom Baytrail E3826 in our Hardware. We observed some random Coreboot stuck issue during board bring up. 

Its show error "CPU Index 0 - APIC 0 Unexpected Exception:6 @ 10:fffc002c - Halting" when this coreboot stuck problem comes.

When processor coreboot boots normally, the OS (VxWorks) gets loaded properly. 

Could you please advise the possible root cause of the same from hardware side?

See the log print in working and non working scenarios.

This issue comes sometimes (like once or twice in 10 power cycle iterations).

Please find the below logs for the reference- (when Uboot doesn't run after coreboot).
