Where can I find information about the power consumption of the "VCC33RTC"-Pin on the "System Controller Hub" for the Intel Atom processor? The datasheet

doesn't give any information.
Best Regards

For battery estimates when the system is off, 5-6uA. For more information, the app note for ICH RTC implementations is applicable to the SCH -

Thanks for reply. Unfortunately there is no explicit value given but a hint to the "specific component datasheet for IccRTC maximum value"... :|

Unfortunately all ICH's only list this value as an estimate (and it's always been the same - 6uA). I suspect the SCH engineers decided to keep the estimates the same and use the generic RTC document referenced earlier.
