Welcome back Snichols! I'm sorry to inform you that Intel do not provide BLDK for Bay Trail yet.
Now there are only Intel BLDK for https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/intel-boot-loader-development-kit/intel-bldk-initialization-firmware-development-solutions-toolkit.html Ceder Rock & Crown Bay.

So can I use the Intel FSP for Bay Trail and integrate that into one of the current BLDK drops and spin one myself? On the surface that seems like a viable solution to fill the void.
