The part FH8065301989700S R3V3 points me to the Intel Atom E3805, is a Bay Trail processor.

This family has been discontinued and hence, it is not actively supported anymore.

But in RDC we still have documentation available for this family, you can check for the documents #512379 and #538136.

Is required a Premier account to get access to the documents.
