Queensbay platform GPIO and SD card issues

Hi All,

Processor: Tunnel Creek

Chipset: Topcliff

Operating system: XPe SP3

Regarding GPIO:

I am trying to access the GPIO pins using a test application. Using the driver and header files from the Intel website for GPIO. The read IOCTL always return some junk values(0xcccc). Is there any sample application code available?

Regarding SD card:

The SD card is not getting detected consistently. Sometimes it is being detected as an yellow excalamation mark with error code 10. The Microsoft website says its known issue in SP2 XP. Even if use SP3 the issue exist. I just would like to know feedback from others who has tested it. I am using a 2GB SD card.

Please help on this....

-Regards,

Sankar

It may be late and not of much help: There is probably a reason why Sony VGN-P series notebooks do _not_ use the US15W SD/MMC interface, but have a USB-attached SD/MMC controller for the SD-Card socket they have.
