We have recently encountered an issue with an embedded Apollo Lake Atom processor we use in some of our products. Unfortunately I have hit a wall trying to obtain information and support for this product. I have discussed this over the past few days with Syed R. in Intel Customer Support, but he has been unable to help and he has requested that I raise these specific points in this forum:
1. Our FAE (Jason Holtom) has left Intel and we have not been introduced to his replacement. Please provide the contact information for our new FAE or have them get in contact with me.
2. I tried to follow-up on recommended reading that was posted to another thread in this forum, but the relevant document, Apollo Lake for Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms Design-In document #557198 is not available on RDC. Syed was also unable to find this document. Please send me document #557198 if possible.
3. I am unable to raise an IPS case against the Apollo Lake product as I receive an error stating "You Can't Create the Case On Inactive Product Or Draft Project." Please activate this product or ensure a suitable active product is mapped to our business unit so I can open a new case.
