I purchased an E100-8Q embedded system. The documentation tells that I have to register at the Intel register center to obtain the necessary documentation and software. To get these, it is needed to enter the entitlement id of the E100-8Q. I have the correct entitlement id (written on paper and also on a label tag at the device chassis.
The registration dialo always gives me the error message: "The entitlement was not found. Please provide a valid Product Key or Entitilement ID. When using Entitlement ID, check the 'Use Entitlement ID (EID)' checkbox."
I compared the entered id multiple times nad trid to enter it in different notations (upper/lower case, etc.). I'm sure there is no typing error. The system just does not accept my entitlement id.
Can anybody help me what to do now ?
