Can't Access Board Planner

Hello everyone,

I am trying to access Board Planner tool (https://edc.intel.com/tools/board-planner/ https://edc.intel.com/tools/board-planner/), my account has been upgraded to privileged, however the tool seems to hang and reload forever.

Is there any extension (Java, Silverlight, etc) , browser, or any other specifics that I need in order to access this tool.

Thanks a lot.

Jose, thank you for your patience. You should now be able to access the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/design-tools/board-planner.html Embedded Board Planner.

Have a great day!

Lynn Z.

Hey Lynn,

yup, thanks for the quick reaction - now it works... well, to a certain extent - it works for me only in firefox, and as much as it's a working variant for me and as reluctant as I am to report this (cause fixing this, might cause the tool to be down completely for a while longer), other members might not be able to use it if they're using other browsers: IE doesn't let me access it at all - it keeps stuck at the login page, even though it seems I've logged in properly and I've started a session and chrome just continues to whine about the non-secure resources. Having said that, I'm happy it works with firefox, so this is how I'm currently using the tool

Thanks and cheers,

Vlad
