Hello, Bekar!
Unfortunately the Embedded Board Planner tool has been discontinued. We'll be looking to bring more design tools to the Resource & Design Center in the future. However, we do offer other services like complimentaryhttps://edc.intel.com/Tools/Design-Review/Default.aspx?language=en schematic and layout review services, design-inhttps://designintools.intel.com/Tool_Loan_Program_s/2346.htm test tools (with certain ones available on a free loan basis), http://click.intel.com/edc/evaluation-platforms-current.html evaluation kits available for purchase by product developers, software developers and system integrators, or request current silicon samples—free of charge—through Intel's embedded https://edc.intel.com/Tools/Samples/Default.aspx?language=en samples program.
Learn more in the 'Sample & Buy' or the 'Design Resources' tabs found at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/embedded-design-center.html Resources for Embedded and IoT Designers.
Hope this helps,
LynnZ
