Changelog of latest microcodes delivery from 08th of January

Hello,

I wish to know what issues are fixed by the latest microcode dellivery from 08th of January as listed here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27431/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File?v=t Download Linux* Processor Microcode Data File

(Has it anything to do with Meltdown/Spectre issue ?)

There are a lot of processors for which this download is set as valid, but after test on 2 of them (EP80579 and Atom C2338), it seems that none of their identifier is included in the delivered microcodes.
