Chipset physical picture

Hi,

I am looking for physical picture or at least the top marking of chipset CM246 and QM370.

Can you help to provide provide link/document that include this info?

Hi,

Our customer is shipping these parts to their end customer and for all new parts they need to make a record in their customs before shipment.

Thus the physical picture is needed to proceed for shipment.

You should refer to the information stated in section 4.1, on page 89 of the Manufacturing with the Intel Mobile Platforms Code Named Cannon Lake document # 574188. You can find it when you are logged into your Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:
