Hi Lynn & Carlos,

I was finally able to fill out the form on the "Request Design Assistance" site. After trying a couple more times, I saw that Google Chrome was blocking the page because it reported that the page contained untrusted certificates. I had to allow it to trust the untrusted certificates and then the page loaded. I filled out the form and am still waiting for the IBIS model for the i218LM.
