Installing root certificate hash (aka thumbprint) in vPro firmware...

I hope I'm posting this in the correct area, apologies in advance if not.

I have a need to load a root certificate hash (thumbprint) into the vPro firmware on a large group of PC's that did not have the hash entered during manufacture. Is there a utility or procedure that would allow me to enter this information? Once entered, will the hash survive unprovisioning and re-provisioning?
